How It Works
1. Confirm Quality Requirements
Before production begins, we help confirm the product specifications, approved samples, packaging requirements, and inspection standards.
2. Monitor Production
We communicate with the supplier and follow important production milestones. If a potential problem appears, we inform the buyer and coordinate the next steps.
3. Inspect the Goods
Before shipment, we coordinate an inspection based on the agreed requirements. The inspection may include product appearance, quantity, dimensions, packaging, labelling, and basic function checks.
4. Report the Results
The buyer receives inspection findings and supporting photos. Any identified issues are clearly communicated.
5. Follow Corrective Action
If the goods do not meet the agreed requirements, we coordinate with the supplier regarding correction, rework, replacement, or reinspection.
Buyer Approval
The buyer reviews the inspection results and makes the final decision to approve, reject, or delay the shipment.
Specialized laboratory testing, certification, or technical inspection can be coordinated through qualified independent providers when required.
